How to submit a request

Send a deletion request through the official Ezzy Loan WhatsApp contact or conversation that directed you to this website. State clearly that you are requesting deletion of your information.

Information to include

Provide the WhatsApp phone number or contact information used for the enquiry, the approximate date of the conversation, and any other limited details reasonably needed to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, TACs, or banking login credentials.

Verification and processing

We may request reasonable identity verification before processing a deletion request. Once verified, information associated with the enquiry will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, or essential operational purposes.

Confirmation

Where applicable, we will confirm through the contact channel after the request has been processed.
